Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA1&ASA2 PATIENTS THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO GIVE INFORMED WRITTEN CONSENT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate Mouth opening less than 2.5 cm Risk of aspiration (e.g., GERD, hiatal hernia, full stomach) Pregnancy BMI more than 30 kg/m Known lung disease Surgery in non-supine position Anticipated difficult airway (Mallampati III/IV, limited neck extension, limited jaw protrusion, history of difficult intubation or snoring) Anatomical abnormalities of the cervical spine or airway
