Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18 to 45 years. 2) An episode of subacute mechanical low back pain 3) Gender: Male / Female. 4) Subject whose visual analogue scale is 5 or higher. 5) Subject having Modified Oswestry Disability Index 20% or higher. 6) Subject with informed consent. 7) Medically diagnosed cases of Mechanical low back pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Above 45years 2. Recent Injury, Surgery to back. 3. Neurological Defect 4. Congenital Deformity 5. Fracture & Road Traffic Accident 6. Malignancy 7. Radiating pain (Lumbar Radiculopathy, Sciatica) 8. Lumbar Spondylolisthesis, Lumbar Spondylosis.
