Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players aged 18 25 years. Players who are fit enough to attend the practice session. Players having at least 1 year of ongoing soccer training experience. Willingness to participate with written, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players who are benched due to injury. Goalkeepers are excluded from this study. Players recent surgery within 6 months.
