Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A clinical diagnosis of ADS as per ICD-10 Age between 18 and 60 years Basic literacy in Kannada or English Access to a smartphone with WhatsApp.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe psychiatric comorbidities or cognitive impairments were excluded to ensure reliable participation.
