Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children diagnosed with clinical symptoms of Pama (scabies) aged between 6-16 years fulfilling of diagnostic criteria of either sex irrespective of caste, religion, socioeconomic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Scabies associated with complications such as Eczematization, Secondary streptococcal infection, Urticaria and other skin disease. 2.Children suffering from any other systemic disorder like Tuberculosis, Hiv, Leprosy, Diabetes along with scabies (pama). 3.Children with scabies on other medication. 4.Patient unwilling for written consent and plan of treatment.
