Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 18 and 60 years. Presence of single Cairo s RT 1 gingival recession on anterior or premolar teeth. Good general health without systemic diseases affecting healing. Non-smokers or light smokers (less than 5 cigarettes per day). Patients willing to comply with the study protocol and follow-up visits. Signed informed consent provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic conditions affecting wound healing (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised states). History of bleeding disorders or those on anticoagulant therapy. Presence of acute infection or inflammation at the surgical site. Smokers or tobacco users (smoking can impair healing). Patients with poor oral hygiene or periodontal disease. Previous surgical intervention in the anterior region. Pregnant or lactating women.
