Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IPSS(International Prostate Symptom Score) score more than 7 2. Maximun Urine Flow Rate(Qmax) less than 12 ml/min 3. Post Void Residue(assessed Ultrasonographically) more than one-third of Prevoid volume. 4. Inability/difficulty in calibration with 12 Fr Per Urethral catheter 5. Cystourethroscopy with 12 Fr Cysotoscope to demonstrate Urethral Stricture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. More than Grade I Pelvic Organ prolapse 2. Patients with Focal neurological deficit 3. Pregnant patients 4. Recurrent urethral stricture disease
