Inclusion criteria: Females those who are diagnosed with Iron deficiency anaemia Patients who are willing to give their consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anaemia other than iron deficiency anaemia Pregnancy and lactation Girls who have undergone recent surgery Girls who take anticholinergic and antibiotics Girls who are not willing 6Anaemic girls who participate in other studies
