Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants who are willing to give their consent. Willing to participate in the study Low sun exposure. Individuals who spend most of the time in indoors They also underwent a systemic health checkup by a trained physician, who otherwise had no role in the study. Dietary habits: Individuals with low Vit D-rich food intake

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who take Vitamin D supplements Subjects with medical conditions like hyperparathyroidism, renal failure, and malabsorption syndrome. Pregnancy and lactation Subjects who are unwilling to participate
