Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with confirmed diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke based on clinical and radiological evaluation. Patients in the rehabilitation phase between 3 to 6 months after stroke. Patients receiving standard stroke rehabilitation and medical therapy. Patients willing to participate and providing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with active infection such as meningitis, encephalitis, or sepsis. Patients with intracranial tumors. Patients with severe hepatic, renal, or cardiac failure. Patients with gallbladder disease or gallstones. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with unstable anticoagulant therapy or bleeding disorders. Patients currently using herbal supplements, curcumin, or antioxidant nutraceuticals. Patients with history of alcohol abuse or active tobacco use. Patients unwilling or unable to comply with study procedures.
