Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least 20 natural teeth present. provide written informed consent and willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or current breastfeeding (lactation). 2. Menopausal or postmenopausal women 3. Antibiotic therapy or professional periodontal therapy in the past 3 months 4. Use of hormonal medications 5. History of head and neck radiation or other conditions interfering with oral examination. 6. Inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent or to attend study visits.
