Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with no diagnosed psychiatric disorder and no ongoing psychological therapy or medication use. Medically fit to undergo mild physical and mental training sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female athletes with acute or chronic musculoskeletal injury requiring rest exceeding 4 weeks in the past 3 months. Athletes with current psychiatric diagnosis (e.g., anxiety disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis). Use of psychotropic medications or substance abuse history within last 6 months.
