Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of all genders aged 18 30 Clinically diagnosed non specific neck pain CVA angle with less than 50 degree VAS equal to or more than 3 Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant with any diagnosed systemic inflammatory joint disease. Participant with any injury to the spine. Subjects on medication for neck pain. Participants undergone any physiotherapy or any therapeutic treatment in past 3 months. 5] Any specific causes of neck pain /trauma with any neurological signs. 6] Pregnancy and Post partum 7] Participants having acute neck pain. 8] History of vertigo
