Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Biopsy proven newly diagnosed head and neck cancer specifically Oral, Laryngeal and Pharyngeal Cancers. Patients who are above the age of 18 are who are willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Multiple primary tumors and the patients who are below 18 years of age. 2 Patients who had recurrent cancer or received any kind of treatment of surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the past that suppresses immunity. 3 Pre-existing comorbidities that alter nutrition considerably a Poorly controlled Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1C greater than 10) b Chronic bowel syndromes such as Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn s disease c Autoimmune disease on multiple disease modifying agents d Chronic neurological conditions with feeding tube
