Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute (up to 6 weeks) and sub-acute (6 weeks to 12 weeks) cases. 2.Patients fit for Nasya Karma 3.Patients having signs and symptoms of Cervical Spondylosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with injury to cervical spine and spinal surgery. 2.Patient who are pre diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy. 3.Patients who show positive Spurling s test and distraction test. 4.Patients unfit for nasya karma. 5.Patients who are having hypertension, diabetes mellitus. 6.Patients who are pre diagnosed with ankylosis spondylosis

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To reduce the signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis and assessment of neck pain and stiffness using NPAD scale.Timepoint: Assessment will be done on the 0th day, 8th day, 22nd day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effect of both drugs in the reduction of neck pain and stiffness.Timepoint: Assessment will be done on the 0th day, 8th day, 22nd day.
