Inclusion criteria: Moderate anaemia Moderate grade Hb level Men - 8 to 10.9 g/dl Women - 8 to 10.9 g/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hb level less than 8 g/dl (Severe grade anaemia) Anaemia due to other causes Systemic illness Vulnerable population
