Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult above 18 years patients diagnosed with cancer. 2. Patients who have started receiving chemotherapy and / or radiation therapy / or surgery within a week at GGSMCH, Faridkot, Punjab. 3. Patients available at the time of data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not willing to participate and are not cooperative. 2. Patients who are not able to respond due to severe illness.
