Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Vamana Arha 2.Basti Arha 3.Patient having clinical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya. 4.Patients between ages of 20 to 40 years of both male and female. 5.B.M.I. Criteria 25.1 to 34.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Vamana Anarha 2.Basti Anarha 3.Patients having long term steroid treatment. 4.Patients of ischemic heart diseases, history of Myocardial Infarction or Angina, Cardiac Arrhythmias, Cerebrovascular Episodes, Carcinoma, Chronic Renal Failure, Acute Renal Failure.
