Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals aged 18 to 50 years Willing to give informed consent Able to understand and respond to the questionnaire Habitually take water immediately after food

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with diagnosed gastrointestinal disorders. Individuals on medications affecting digestion Pregnant and lactating women Individuals following specific therapeutic diets and physician restricted fluid intake persons.
