Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Runners aging between 18-30 years. 2. Both male and female runners will be included. 3. Runners who have experience of more than 1 year. 4. Runners should have 3 to 5 training sessions/week. - Group 1: University Runners without any history of Achilles tendon disorder - Group 2: University runners with persisting Achilles tendon disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any other musculoskeletal injury/disorder in the lower limb 2. History of neurological, cardiopulmonary, and psychological disorders 3. Runners having any metal implants in their body 4. Runners involved in any other game 5. Any other condition that may affect the participation of the Runners.

1. RMS - Peak Amplitude: Maximum activation during each task. 2. Onset Timing: Time taken for muscle activation to initiate. 3. Biomechanical Variations: (using video recordings) to objectively study and measure differences or kinematic changes Timepoint: Baseline
