Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-45years. 2. Both male and female participants 3. Willing to give informed consent. 4. Able to understand and respond to the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. 2.Subjects on regular anti-depressant medications. 3.Subjects with substance abuse issues.

1.Severity of Chittodvega (Primary Anxiety) -Measured using validated anxiety assessment scale (GAD-7 / Hamilton Anxiety Scale / Ayurvedic scale). -Compared with Sadvritta Palana adherence score to assess preventive role. Timepoint: Will Be Assessed At Baseline

1.Level of adherence to Sadvritta Palana practices Personal conduct, behavioral discipline, mental discipline, & social conduct. 2. Association between Sadvritta Palana & demographic variables Age, gender, occupation, lifestyle. 3. Relationship between lifestyle factors & anxiety severity Diet, sleep pattern, physical activity, stress exposure. 4. Identification of risk factors for primary anxiety in individuals with poor Sadvritta adherence. 5. Mental well-being / quality of life status.Timepoint: Will be Assessed At Baseline
