Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Second year undergraduate BSc Nursing students of Govt Nursing College Kollam. 2. Participants must be between 18 and 30 years of age. 3. Students who give an informed valid consent and commit to trial schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical contraindications to moderate exercise (active cardiac disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe respiratory disease). 2. Physical disability limiting performance. 3. Positive PAR Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) requiring physician clearance will exclude or require clearance. 4. Any other condition deemed by investigators to preclude safe participation
