Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are 18 years of age, male/female (pregnant or lactating) or older and are admitted for cardiac surgery. Individuals who have been diagnosed with heart conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, valve disorders, etc. Patients who are receiving standard cardiac medications. Patients who are admitted to the cardiac care unit or surgical department of Apollo CVHF hospital. Patients who are willing to participate in the study and have provided informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency procedures at Apollo CVHF hospital. Patients admitted for cardiac surgery who are not receiving any medications. Patients with incomplete treatment records or those who are likely to be lost to follow-up. Patients who are currently enrolled in clinical drug trials that involve non-standard medications
