Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of primary dysmenorrhea clinically through symptoms pain in lower abdomen radiating to back and thigh, headache, nausea, vomiting etc. Age group between 13 to 35 years. WaLIDD score more than 5 moderate or above. Ability to understand either Bengali or Hindi or English. Participants who are willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent. Participants aged 13 to 18 years, with written informed consent from a parent or legal guardian and assent from the participant.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with secondary dysmenorrhea. Cases suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life- threatening illness. Cases already undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any other chronic diseases. Substance abuse and/or dependency. Lactating women. Hormonal therapy within 3 months. Use of other medications or pain relivers during the study period
