Inclusion criteria: All patients operated for fistulectomy Any gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having uncontrolled DM and HTN Secondary fistula in ano due to crohn s disease ,tuberculosis, carcinoma of rectum and anal canal ,ulcerative colitis. Patients suffering with immunocompromised disease like AIDS, Malignancy and Renal failure.
