Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having the Classical Lakshanas of Apabhahuka which is mentioned in diagnostic criteria. 18 2. Patient of both genders who are Nasya yoga according to Ayurveda classics irrespective of occupation & socio economic status. 3. Patients in between 20 years & 70 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who are Nasya Ayogya 19 according to Ayurveda classics. 2. Patients with the history of fracture & dislocation of affected shoulder joint. 3. Patients with the association of other systemic disorders. 4. Patients below the age of 20 years & above 70 years of age.
