Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH MANDIBULAR PARASYMPHYSIS FRACTURE REQUIRING OPEN REDUCTION AND INTERNAL FIXATION

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH SEVERE CO MORBIDITIES PATIENTS WITH COMMUNITED AND INFECTED FRACTURES PATIENTS WITH KNOWN METAL ALLERGIES
