Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.MRI or USG diagnosed cases of rotator cuff injury more than 45 days after the onset of injury. 2.MRI or USG diagnosed cases of rotator cuff injuries due to wear and degeneration over time. Grade 1,2,3 partial thickness tears. 3.Participants with Traumatic injury after 45 days who is not willing to do surgery. 4.Participants within age group 30 to 70 years old. 5.Participants with informed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with history of pulmonary tuberculosis and congenital joint disorders. 2.Participants associated with fracture or wound in and around the shoulder. Asymptomatic rotator cuff injury patients.
