Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-70 years, ASA physical status I-III undergoing elective abdominal surgeries. Patients able to communicate pain intensity effectively and operate the PCA device independently
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to study drugs, coagulopathy or anticoagulation therapy, and infection at the insertion site
