Intervention1: Intravenous Patient-Controlled Analgesia (IV PCA): All patients will receive a standardized general anaesthesia protocol. Premedication will be administered with intravenous Midazolam 1

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-70 years, ASA physical status I-III undergoing elective abdominal surgeries. Patients able to communicate pain intensity effectively and operate the PCA device independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to study drugs, coagulopathy or anticoagulation therapy, and infection at the insertion site
