Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are clinically diagnosed with Amavata according to classical Ayurvedic textual criteria will be included in the study. Patients of either gender, irrespective of marital status, socioeconomic status, religion, or ethnicity, will be considered eligible for participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have recently undergone any surgical procedure will be excluded. Patients suffering from other autoimmune disorders such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Ankylosing Spondylitis, or Psoriatic Arthritis will not be considered. Those having acute or chronic infections, systemic disorders such as cardiac or renal diseases, metabolic disorders, or any other serious medical conditions will be excluded. Uncooperative patients or those unwilling to participate in the study will also be excluded.
