Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Both male and female of 18 to 65 years of age group 2) Patients presented with non healing ulcers including venous, arterial, diabetic pressure and traumatic ulcer. 3)Ulcers of more than 3 weeks 4)Patients willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Ulcer less than 3 weeks 2)Non healing ulcer with osteomyelitis, gangrene ,bone exposure, cancer and deep tissue infection 3)Age less than 18 years 4)Critically ill patients 5)Patients with History of taking anticoagulant, immunosuppresants and antibiotics treatments for 3 months 6)Pregnancy and lactation
