Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subject within the age group of 20- 55 years. Both genders will be included in the study. Subjects who are willing to take part in the study and able to understand the instruction. MTPs during the physical examination of the calf, plantar or both. Discomfort upon initially stepping onto the heel. Subjects having pain intensity score NPRS score more than or equal to 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with previous surgical history for plantar fascia preceding 3 months. Subjects with history of recent fractures around ankle and foot preceding 6 months. Subjects with pre-diagnosed auto immune or systemic inflammatory disorders. Subjects with fixed deformities of foot, ankle and knee joint. Subjects with impaired circulation to lower extremities, peripheral neuropathies, and other neuromuscular deficits, infective diseases of lower limb. Subjects with neurological disorders leading to impaired balance and coordination. Subjects with corticosteroids injection in heel preceding 3 months. Subjects with peripheral vascular diseases. Subjects with DVT.
