Inclusion criteria: Individuals who provide written informed consent after being informed about the study Individuals whose health has been assessed through Health Survey Questionairre

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals suffering from acute or chronic systemic illnesses that may affect the assessment of Prakruthi or Sara Individuals with known haematological disorders or skin conditions that interfere with observation of Rakta Sara features Individuals who are habituated to alchohol, smoking, tobacco and other chemical drugs Individual who are suffering from various psychological disorders Pregnant and lactating women
