Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who will give written informed consent. Subjects in the age group of 20-40 years. Both the female and male genders will be enrolled. Pain intensity of more than 4 on the NPRS scale. Subjects with ankle dorsiflexion range less than 10o. Subjects having a positive jump sign. Subjects with exquisite spot tenderness of a nodule on a taut band were also included. Subjects who were psychologically fit. Subjects experiencing calf pain due to the use of high heels Subject having unilateral involvement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with sensory deficiency around the calf region. Subject with any open wound or any injury on calf muscle. Subject with radiculopathy of the lower limb. Subjects with pre-diagnosed cases of Deep Vein Thrombosis or any other peripheral vascular disease Subjects having a recent fracture of the lower limb. Subjects with metal implants in the lower extremities. Subjects with various skin conditions, such as dermatitis and psoriasis. Subjects with malignancy. Pregnancy due to the protocol being done in the prone position. Subjects with neurological conditions such as Parkinson s disease, stroke.
