Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 50 to 70 years Community-dwelling and ambulatory Medically stable with the ability to participate in exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment preventing informed consent or protocol compliance Acute illness or unstable medical conditions
