Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years BMI greater than or equal to 25 to BMI less than or equal to 30 kg per meter square Both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI less than 25 and BMI greater than 30 kg per meter square Pregnant or lactating women Severe pathological conditions like cardiovascular diseases chronic kidney disease liver cirrhosis Cushing s syndrome cancer SLE HIV AIDS Individuals with high BMI due to increased muscle mass (e.g. professional athletes regular bodybuilders) will be excluded as their BMI does not represent excess adiposity. Patients with psychiatric illnesses With Thyroid disorders Diabetes Osteoarthritis.
