Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female hostel inmates at SRMIST Kattankulathur Aged 18 and above. Resident in the hostel for a minimum 1 year. Able to read, understand & speak in the English language. Willing to participate in the research and provide consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Faculties, workers, house keeping, hostel warden at the selected women hostels. Visually challenged, physically challenged, & students with medically diagnosed depression (or) anxiety [under medication]. PhD scholars at hostel.
