Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18y-45y (both inclusive) Of any gender Diagnosed case of acute mania (Bipolar D/O, Schizoaffective D/O) diagnosed by the clinician Patient/NR signed informed written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with an baseline absolute neutrophil count less than 1500 Diabetes mellitus epilepsy Diagnosed case of any cardiac disease
