Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 College-going students (age group 18 35 years) 2 Regular users of social media (at least 1 hour/day for the past 3 months). 3 Persons who are willing to participate in the survey. 4 Persons will be selected, irrespective of gender, economical, educational and marital status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person who suffering from any kind of chronic digestive disorders, systemic or metabolic disorders, malignancies, HIV, Tuberculosis, liver failure. Person who are under any medications or therapies. Persons who are not willing to participate in the survey. Those who are currently participating in another behavioral or dietary intervention study.
