Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are fulfilling the Diagnostic criteria that is Diagnosis of the case will be done on eliciting the detailed case history and clinical findings with ICD 10 Code J03. 9. Subjects with 13 to 18 years of age With an informed consent of the parents or guardian and ascent of the child

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Recurrent tonsillitis or Chronic tonsillitis that is more than 3 episodes per year Cases with known immunocompromised diseases will be excluded Subjects associated with other significant systemic diseases Complicated cases such as Peri tonsilar abscess, Otitis media, Para pharyngeal abscess and obstructive tonsils are excluded Subjects who are taking any conventional treatment
