Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate nursing students aged 18 30 years, Medically fit for moderate to vigorous physical activity, Provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, or neurological disease, Current injury limiting physical activity, Formal martial arts or combat sports training within the previous 12 months, Participation in other structured physical training programme during the study period
