Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age 18 to 50 years. Patients of both sex. Patient Diagnosed by Clinically OR Radiologically and PatientAlready Diagnose with GERD. Patient with or without taking any conventional treatment. Patient symptoms similar to the Totality of Symptoms of Nux vomica Describe in Allens keynotes and Clarke dictionary of practical Materia medica.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases which having advanced pathology like GI Malignancy, esophagitis, And Barret s esophagus. Complication of Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Pregnant or lactating women. Less than 18 and More than 50 years of age.
