Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to participate and agree to give voluntary informed consent. Married infertile women of child bearing age from 20 - 40 years. Primary and secondary types of infertile women patients having anovulatory cycles or with immature ovarian follicles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who is not willing to participate and did not give voluntary informed consent. Patient below the age of 20 years or above the age of 40 years. Patients who have anovulatory cycles with menorrhagia. Patient with congenital anatomical deformities. Patient suffering from severe infectious diseases of reproductive tract like active tuberculosis, HIV etc. Infertility due to extra ovulatory factors.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Follicular Growth: Maximum size of the dominant follicle (in mm). Ovulation Status: Evidence of ovulation (ruptured follicle with fluid in the pouch of Douglas) confirmed by serial transvaginal follicular sonography. Assessed as Ovulated / Anovulatory. Timepoint: 3 consecutive menstrual cycle/ 90 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Endometrial Thickness: Measurement (in mm) in the late follicular phase. Menstrual Pattern: Changes in cycle interval, duration, and flow. Hormonal Profile: Changes in serum LH, FSH, and Prolactin levels. Conception Rate: Number of patients who achieve pregnancy during the trial. Timepoint: 3 consecutive menstrual cycle/ 90 days
