Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals ageing between 18 to 45 years. Individuals having clinical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya.Anga Gaura ,Utsah Hani Swedadhikya ,Anga Daurgandya Individuals having BMI Above 27 to 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients contraindicated for Vaman Karma Pregnant women and lactating women. Patients of hypothyroidism or any hormonal imbalance disorder psychological disorder, diabetes and hypertension along with current or past one month use of long-term steroid therapy or any weight loss medication.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Percent change in body weight individually (5%) At least five percent of the participants will show weight loss.Timepoint: BASELINE,30TH AND 45TH DAY

Reduction in: Anthropometric and body compositional parameters Biochemical parameters (High density lipoprotein, Triglycerides) subjective criteria parameters.Timepoint: BASELINE 45TH DAY
