Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females presenting with painful menstruation dysmenorrhea without any identifiable pelvic pathology Pain associated with a scanty amount of menstrual blood flow Patient willing to participate in the study by signing written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dysmenorrhea associated with pelvic pathology for example fibroids PID Known systemic disorders for example thyroid dysfunction ischemic heart disease Patients taking hormonal therapy Patients required surgical intervention
