Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will be participate and provide written informed consent. 2. Patients having sign and symptoms of BPH such as Dribbling, Urgency, Nocturia etc. Confirmed Prostatic enlargement via USG e.g. Prostate volume more than 30cc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Prostate Carcinoma 2. Urethral Stricture and other urinary pathologies 3. Uncontrolled hypertension 4. Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus
