Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male amateur cricket players aged 18 25 years. Minimum of 1 year of cricket playing experience. Players actively participating in training and competition. No history of recent upper limb injury in the last 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder surgery or chronic shoulder pathology. Presence of any neurological or musculoskeletal condition limiting shoulder activity. Players currently undergoing any specialized strength training program or rehabilitation.
