Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All the patients giving informed consent were included in the study. 2.Bilaterally posterior missing teeth(Kennedys classification 1,2,3,6) 3.Patient with no history of sinus surgery. 4.Patient with minimal height of 6mm in edentulous area. 5.Bone density type (D1-D3) based on CBCT. 6.Patients who accepted to come for follow up .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing and with history of radiotheraphy. 2. Medically compromised patients. 3. Patient on long term steroid therapy. 4. Heavy smokers(more than 20 cigarettes ) 5. Restricted mouth opening. 6. Maxillary sinus pathologies. 7.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
