Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis who satisfies atleast 2 or 3 features of the EULAR CRITERIA. 2)Diagnosed as osteoarthritis in knee with grade I, II, III according to Kellgrens and Lawrence classification system in X ray 3)Participants with age group 40-70 years of age 4)Participants with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Secondary osteoarthritis. 2)Positive HIV, HBsAg, VDRL patients 3)Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension. 4)Patients having any bleeding disorder or under any anticoagulant medications. 5)Contraindications of Visravana Karma 6)Contraindications of bandhana

To compare the effectiveness of Visravana Karma (cupping therapy) against Murivenna Bandage in patients with knee osteoarthritis, based on reduction in swelling (measured in cm) ,tenderness (assessed using grading scale), pain (assessed using VAS) , and improvement in functional impairment (assessed by ROM).Timepoint: 0th day,7th day ,14th day ,21st day
