Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical features of Rakta dusthi Patient aged 18-60 years attending OPD of Amrita Ayurveda Hospital who are willing to provide informed consent for clinical evaluation and lab reports Availability of recent laboratory investigations (CBC, ESR, CRP, LFT, Lipid Profile, Uric acid, IgE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with unrelated systemic illnesses Patients on long term immunosuppressive or corticosteroid therapy Incomplete or missing laboratory records

The study will compile classical descriptions of Rakta Dushti from Ayurvedic texts like Charaka Samhita and Sushruta Samhita to summarize its causes, symptoms, and diseases. It will compare these findings with modern laboratory tests and create a reference table linking Ayurvedic features with modern medical conditions.Timepoint: 10 months—
